G-Series: Is it a Duct or a Guard?

• Load-Sure Guard, That sounds like an air-

duct. I thought Traulsen didn’t need those?

 Much of the competition requires 2” spacing

down the side of the interior to ensure proper

airflow but make no other provision to insure

proper airflow.

 Improper loading could prevent cold air from

getting to the cabinet bottom

 The “Load-Sure” guard acts as a failsafe,

making the cabinet practically operator proof

 And it is only 1-1/4” deep, so it actually

provides for more, not less, storage space

 Your customer can now load it and forget it

 This promotes proper air flow and temperature

performance while preventing unnecessary

service calls
